Q: Do you provide the cleaning equipment and detergents?
A: Only for certain services. For example, if you book an End of Tenancy, Carpet, and Upholstery clean. Services such as One-Off Deep Clean do not include any equipment and detergents in the price. We can provide them for an additional fee.
Q: Are your cleaners insured?
B: Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our comprehensive public liability insurance
Q: Are there any agency fees or other charges on top of your rates?
C: No. We don't charge any monthly or yearly fees, agency fee or commission. There are no hidden costs or charges. Our service is charged per hour or at a fixed price per property.
Q: Is there a minimum number of hours per cleaning visit for contact cleaner?
D: Yes. You need to book at least 3 hours per cleaning visit.
